did not receive my product. - NYX coperhager and transelvaniya

i order NYX coperhager and transelvaniya and i purchased this as a guess did not sign in for and email so i did not get a tracking number. After almost a weeks wait i emailed them twice i did not get a reply and i called them waited for half an hour on the phone and know one picked up. i called again the next day and still know one answered. this is the worst customer service i have ever gone through. i recommend no one to order from ulta . and if i don't get my product i will sue your company!!
