Beware of Alicia at Ulta!

Alicia is a floor manager that has the nerve to talk about customers behind their back for everyone to hear and when I tried to return something she told me I am allowed up to 5 returns or I will be cut from store. I called up customer service and they said that was complete nonsence. She also yells at all the girls working there. She is so unproffesional. DOn't know who hired her but beware or she will be embarrasing and talking about you. CAN'T STAND THE LOOK ON HER FACE. LIKE SHE'S MAD AT THE WORLD.
