I got let go by ulta after 8 plus years of service.i like to come in and get started right after our startup meeting,............but I cant because it takes me anywhere from 5-20 mins. to find my truck,you see im an equipment driver.i reported this problem to upper management and they said"I WILL LOOK INTO IT".so four weeks later the problem is still going on,this is giving me a lot of downtime which would reflect my raise.but when I did find my truck is was full of used sunflower seed,used tissue,and candywrappers from 3rd shiftso on my truck log in sheet I put teamwork,win together a"JOKE"i worked in every department at ulta and it was fun being asked to come work in my department from manager on first shift...all I wanted to to was get started on time.i reported my complaints in a respected manner.......and got FIRED!!!
