Ulta worst customer service-buy elsewhere - gift card

Ordered a gift card for my niece on 12/12 for Hanukkah. Card arrived on 12/27 after the holidays. no where do they say it is sent by regular mail and it took for days to send and then no telephone number for contact of customer service. They asked me on 12/23 if I wanted to cancel it. Rude slow unfriendly emails. BAD COMPANY
