Guess what happens when a manager wrongfully accuses a customer of stealing? Nothing!!!! They keep their job. The customer for the horrible experience...oops sorry!

0 At the store I worked at they supposedly gave $500 to employees that caught shoplifters, of course the time we caught them, we were never given the money.
0 I worked for Ulta and yes they do give a bonus to employees for catching shop lifters. A coworker of mine recieved a Chi Flatiron for turning in a shoplifter. I don't work for them any longer.
0 Managers don't get bonuses for catching shoplifters, tehy don't even get a pat on teh back. if you were confronted you were probably acting suspicious. It seems to me that you're young and humiliated. You don't have enough for a lawsuit and you harldy have a complaint. If they apologized that's the most they can do.
