Awful, frustrating return process


I would just like to say how ridiculous and irritating returning something in your store is! I bought 2 things online that I went to return in store on a Sunday, after 10 minuets of them trying to pull up the transaction from my Ulta rewards when I told them I did not use my reward card, they then told me that they would not be able to do the return because the paper I brought along was not the receipt, but instead the packing slip. I think it is beyond stupid that you do not include a PAPER receipt in the box. Instead you email the confirmation and that has to be used as the receipt to make a return. I then had to call the guest services number to find out how to get a copy since I did not have access to the email account that I had used for my order. Went in the store for my second trip to make my return, after standing at the register for 15 minuets with the girl trying to pull up my order and try to do the return but failed, a manager then made me wait at the register another 15 minuets while she went back to her computer to check to see if she received an email with my name from guest services, which did not help at all. I was able to return one item only to have her tell me I would have to make a THIRD trip to this store to return my fragrance because I did not bring the robe along that was free with purchase (a $60 value). Which that robe is the thinnest material I have ever seen in my life, there is no way I would pay $60 for that! Needless to say once I return this stupid robe and my fragrance I will NEVER shop in an Ulta store again and I will tell all my friends and family who are now Ulta shoppers to find another store to shop in that is similar, which doesn't have an irritating, frustrating, return process!
