I received a 20% off coupon in the mail yesterday from Ulta . Only to discover that it expired 3 weeks ago !! I called Ulta to see if they all had possibly been mailed out late, and she asked my zip code. When I told her my zip code, she replied that just about everyone in my zip code received the coupon after it expired. She said the Post Office legally does NOT have to deliver by any certain day because they are "bulk" mail. In any event, I couldn't believe she wouldn't honor it anyways. To make matters worse, it was one of the good 20% off ones that Ulta only sends out twice yearly, by "good" I mean the ones that don't have a million exclusions like their usual coupns do. What a racket.
